Took these a few years back while on a NM road-trip with a 20yr old Nikon FM-10 35mm film camera (not the greatest quality, but still a neat little camera). It's the Cimarron, NM Thunderbolt. It had one of the prettiest patinas of any siren I think I've ever seen.
My girlfriend does not understand this at all. Actually I really don't either.

Aaaand the nostalgia comes running back up my spine! I passed through Cimarron a few years back when I went on a trek at Philmont, a very nice town proteected by a very nice siren!
