Hey quantum! What is the diameter of your blower motor sheave? I know someone with that type of blower (less motor) and they need the sheave diameter. If you have time can you measure it and reply with the outside diameter? Thanks Eric

I will be able to measure it tomorrow. Just to clarify its the part that is between the pulley and the motor shaft right?

The sheave is the pulley. Called either or. The bushing goes around the shaft inside the sheave.
I just need to know the diameter of it as long as it's the original that was on the original three phase motor. Looks like it's almost as big around as the motor itself. Thanks

The pulley is 9 inches by 2 and 1/2 with 3 sets of belts. The hole for it is 2 and 3/4 for the bushing.

I did it myself carefully. I'm getting an electrician to come by and look over it soon. I hope to sound it off for 4th of July

Update!
Got the electrician to look over my work. He looks over it and looks to me and says "Are you sure you wired it? It's perfect."
So the RCM1 Panel is up and running. I'm going to sound it off on 4th of July. Expect a video

Well I'm going to bump this post again.

Hello All! I'm back from my hiatus from ending high school and starting college.
Over that time I have briefly done a couple of tests to the RCM1 panel and still the blower and rotator contactors do not engage from the AF timer. I have narrowed down that it is not faulty wiring because I had an electrician as well as a fellow electrical engineering friend go over the wiring and schematics.

I bought another AGASTAT and put it into circuit according to the schematic and still nothing. I have also checked the continuity of all of the links between wires as well as switches. They all checked out. I have noticed that the "automatic" switch (the double throw switch) has no affect on the circuit. Any ideas or advice?
Also I plan to run it up for New Years so expect a video. I don't remember if I mentioned that it was painted but it was painted CAT yellow. It was on my Instagram.

Thanks Again All!
