I believe what he was referring to was the Model 5 in Ocean City that had the modified housing. I can assure you it is in fact a Model 5, as it has 12 ports. Here is a video of said siren in use:

Yes, but what about custom housing. The siren I'm talking about is on page 4 or 5 and it's blue. I meant to quote but posted a reply. My bad on that. But the bottom two pieces of the siren look like an SD-10.

Found this Whelen in Lyman Nebraska. Cant tell what the other unit is.

In Eldridge, IA, both sirens there, a ACA P-1x and Whelen Vortex 4004/R4, are near water towers, and in Downs, IL, there is a 2001 near a water tower.
Iowan citizen in a land of T-128s, 2001s and 4004/4008s among many others.

It's also near the smallest town hall I've ever seen. Also, Perrysburg, Oh has a 3T22 behind the water tower. I'll be making a post about it soon.
