It stinks that they didn't keep rolling, because that 1000 most likely wound up right after that.
My knowledge excels on the Federal Thunderbolt siren and SiraTone EOWS sirens. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The thunderbolt: the only air raid siren to take on fire and look like it doesn’t give a flying fladoodle... also like Tyler said probably started right up...

Skip to 5:18. It's in the lower right. Looks like it almost got caught in the explosion.
I have an unhealthy obsession with mini sirens.

Nice to see a video from a different angle. That's one impressive explosion no matter how you see it.

Wow! Crazy how that Tbolt didn't melt from the heat ,because rocket/missile explosions have crazy amounts of heat.

Well... I guess it didn’t turn on... but that’s cool to see it anyway.

I'm pretty sure the massive explosion was more than enough of an indicator that there was a problem, and there probably wouldn't have been any personnel within hearing range of the siren anyways. It was most likely used for chemical leaks or other emergencies leading up to the launch of the rocket where there would have been people stationed in close proximity. Either way, cool video, and the thing was probably brand new at the time.
