Recorded on the afternoon of October 8, 2017. Yes, this siren's four 12V batteries are slowly dying in this video. I don't know why exactly the 12V batteries ran all the sudden low. I believe one of the 12V batteries are bad. By the way all four 12V batteries were recently charged a week before this tornado warning emergency. I may do some upgrades on the 2001-130 by replacing the 12V batteries with different 12V batteries or build a new battery cabinet for large 12V batteries.
This is a video of my FS 2001-130 running over 4 minutes of attack signal (and my Model A 1 minute attack) for a Spartanburg County, SC tornado warning emergency. All currently working Spartanburg County emergency sirens were activated for this tornado warning emergency (not heard in this video due to non-working Whelen Vortex near this area). (My family's horses took action and then ran for cover.)
To add more to the Spartanburg County Tornado Warning on 10/8/17. A tornado was on the ground in central Laurens County and southeast Spartanburg County. Pauline (in Spartanburg County), SC got the worst part of the tornado, the tornado left houses and mobile homes damaged. But I'm really surprised that no one was hurt.
