It is the Motor Contactor closing Since its a 50HP motor It is a big Contactor.

If you listen closely (sometimes it's not audible in videos or audio recordings), the Federal Signal 2001 does it too. You can sort of hear it in this video. (Unless I copied and pasted the wrong link lol) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qgKCBD6x82Y
