This "OWS Crazy" kid on YouTube got a video of the VVTX 'bolt. According to a comment he left in reply to Adam Carter, it's tested on the first Wednesday at 1.

Nice to see this Thunderbolt sounding off. I remember seeing the story of this Thunderbolt on CDV's website when he fixed the siren back in 2004.

I talked to him about it and he said just ask the fire department and they'll let you do the test. Correct me Eric if I'm wrong but that siren has no radio activation right?
