I decompiled it, added a collision model, edited it's .QC, compiled it.

Coolio. I've thought of adding a collision model to it, but there would be no point, since it's going on a pole in my maps.
Down to a Thunderbolt chopper, still a few goofy flashlight-siren combos, and a Model L.

My current setup for it, just outside the window in the screenshot i posted. It has an ambient_generic entity bound to a trigger that sets it off when the bomb blows. I used the original sample from Black Mesa, though it's not the best. It sounds more believable indoors though.
