Albert Lea, MN will. I noticed it last night because yesterday some of AL's sirens wouldn't shut down.

Sorry for reviving this old thread but I was in Iowa this last weekend. I was in Davenport, but didn't see any of the Whelens. WMM will not work for that. You'll need a program that has what's called "Motion Tracking". Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD, and both Adobe Premiere Elements 8 and 9 have it. These programs are relatively inexpensive, and most have tutorials so you can get started easily.
