It's not an 8 port siren since they have 50 hz power. it's more likely 10 ports or something like that.

Baxter, MN possibly HAD a system of MK1 Hurricanes. They had only one that is known of/been confirmed and it was a square horn. Unfortunately it crapped out in late 2007 and was replaced with a 2001-130. It was located near Inglewood Drive and Fairview Rd. Here's a really low-res satellite GIS imag...

That literally looks like a Model 7 but with 9 or 10 ports.
