A picture of the Federal Signal model 5 at the BHR Vfd
Here's a photo of the Federal Signal model 5 located at Buckhead Ridge Volunteer fire Dept. This was used for fire and emergency calls but now it is been inactive for 4 years. I miss hearing it go off.

Here's a Federal Signal model 5 knockoff. It's called an LK-M5. I bet it sounds like a model 5.

The model 5 at the Buckhead ridge VFD in Glades County, FL doesn't go off anymore due to the use of cellphones. I think they did away with using the model 5 for that reason.
