I'd definitely suggest a Sentry Siren or Tempest Siren, but I doubt that they'd be willing to budge, as all of their new sirens are federal.

I was in School and heard the airport STH-10 and Hebron Fire Dept's 2001-DC. I rarely hear the STH but it was a very clear day.
