Unlike what the previous poster said, yes they do ship sirens via freight. It's not cheap but I suppose it's not bad considering the logistics of the operation. Best thing to do is call them yourself and ask.

I believe there was one in norman, oklahoma? I think it was called the Norman scrap yard
