If it's the one I'm thinking of that's behind the station, then I've owned that one since 2016.

There's a siren in Pripyat on that building with the Soviet crest on it. I spotted it in a urban exploration video that I think was posted by shiey on YouTube. I recall it being a yellow painted S40.
