....I have no idea, it's been a while (like the last millennium) since I have had any machine shop work done. Since it's small enough, I suppose you could take around to some shops and see what they have to say.

.....Also note how the spindle (small round piece) inside the hub (Piece that the set screws are screwed into) is not centered,...that is what is causing the contact w/ the chopper.....the spindle is more than likely correctly centered and the hub , for what ever reason, is not centered correctly. ...

I travel Highway 5 every so often for work....here's what I can tell you. Highway 5 North of Laurie is pretty much heavily forested with a few homes along the highway between Laurie and Versailles. I don't recall seeing any sirens between Laurie and Versailles which is the way I go to get into Lauri...
