How did it get that hole in the horn? My guess is that it's just wear and tear from exposure to the elements. Fiberglass gets very brittle after a while, and any combination of freezing/thawing, hail, wind, and heat from sun exposure could compromise old fiberglass. Errors or weak spots inadvertent...

Here's my second video. I used my crappy camera to get up close in hopes to hear more of the blower, while I left my nice camera set up to record from the tripod. The audio isn't great, but you can see more of the siren.
