Inversed... outdoor protection, shelter in place alarm?

At 2m10s onward, that low pitched siren is very eerie!

One of the few times where listening to a video like this where i actually got goosebumps.

What an outstandingly overwhelming chorus of alarms.

Sounds like it, however it sounds like a slightly higher octave STL-10.

Nice audio quality in the least, the visual isn't much of what i care about these days. Sounds like the siren was having power issues, probably batteries dying.

Looks like the panel that protects the speaker drivers is coming off.

Age wouldn't cause a 2001 like that to be deformed like that, quite yet.

Damage was most likely from a fairly large hail stone or during installation it was damaged a bit.
