I would suspect its Not a former Los Angeles County Siren unless it is / was working on propane since all of them were converted to propane around 1971 or 72. It would be a surprise to find out if its anything but the FOX Pomona Siren -after all how many other Chrysler Sirens were bought by local go...

Perhaps even better on the tone. :D Note that in
Los Angeles County Chrysler Sirens
had a " cooling off " period where they were at idle for 30 to 40 seconds
after the One Minute tests.
