The bearing is rusted.

This could be:
The brushes should be able to move a bit because they are on a spring. It seems they are pressing hard on the communicator, which ruins them.
I would suggest not running it and sending it to repair.

Remove the back of the motor cover. Grab the spinning part of the motor with a tool. Grab the chopper tight. Those are some pretty good maps. For the California map you have a few mistakes..
Those "Decots" are Scream-Master Sirens. There is a different post about those..
The "HOR Siro-Drones" are nothing more than short framed Fedelcode Model 5s.
