Low mounted Thunderbolt 1003 in Steelville, MO

I was browsing around on the Missouri siren map, when I came across this low mounted 1003 located next to
the Action Auto Sales in Steelville. I was unable to find any videos of this siren on YouTube. Here are some Streetview pictures.

I can see the ASC panels running the chopper perfectly fine. What about the rotator? The reason I ask this is because of the way the rotation speed is controlled on the 2001-SRN and the way the rotation speed is controlled on the T-128 and T-135AC/DC. After looking at a map of the system in Grand Island, I have confirmed that it is a Model 2T-120, not an ACA Hurricane.
