Yeah, definitely! I’ll try to organise to do something like this again if I acquire any new sirens, the video doesn’t really do it justice, in-person it sounded incredible!

Re: Inman, SC Absurdly Fast Thunderbeam January 6. 2024

Sounds like it could be dangerous. It kinda reminds me of the Siro-Drone or HulaHOR sound. I’ve seen other Thunderbeams (or by the great SirensOfMichiana) “Trashbeams” with that rotator issue, that’s what prompted my question

Re: The Colony TX's old sirens

The only P-50 info I could find was the one at Griffin Middle School. The rest seem to now be 2001s. (https://www.airraidsirens.net/bwillcox/sirens/thecolony/index.html) and I found a city page about the modern system. According to the site they have 10 sirens along with a weather radio recommendati...

Re: Inman, SC Absurdly Fast Thunderbeam January 6. 2024

Does the city putting it in have an ability to change the speed of the disc when buying it from FS? Just like the rotator speed options on the Thunderbolt?

Some of my best photos I’ve taken

I took all these photos over the entirety of 2023 (in order of date). The super special sirens have comments on them. I hope you enjoy them
