It's about the same pitch as the main one in the video. Even if there is a slight difference, it's still not 10-12 port, as you implied originally. Personally, you should learn to think before you post. Then you may not be in hot water for lying about Hurricanes, among other things you've posted abo...

GOOD GRIEF

ACA Hurricane [*]From the Hurricane manual, I see that it was available in single-tone 8, 10 or 12 port configuration, or dual-tone 8/12 or 10/12, in addition to the standard 8/10. Were examples of each of these configurations produced, or were some merely possible, but never actually built? Only 8...

1. The main problem was maintenence costs to keep it running. That's one reason why ACA designed the P-50, which didn't require nearly as much maintenence as the Hurricane. They didn't take a gazillion dollars to produce, contrary to popular belief. 2. The first square horned Hurricanes were 10-12 p...

Interesting video.

Still doesn't sound quite the same as the sirens in the first videos, though.

And for the second video, am I the only one to notice there only seems to be one siren in the tower?

Like the higher tone could be a toshiba and the lower tone could be something else ...I don't think any Toshibas even made it into Poland. Besides, those sound way different. The siren in the first video probably uses two motors, as Daniel said. It's been mentioned in the past that these 3-9 port s...

Waupun Cyclone and Kekoskee Screamer

Two videos I made today.

The Cyclone is by a carwash, and does noon blasts.

The Screamer is hidden by a bunch of trees, so I attached a photo of it at the end.

Just my 2c.

Better safe than sorry. Much safer to have an early warning system, but only the cities that they know are going to get slammed have the sirens go off, as opposed to the entire county. There will be complaints if the warning is a dud, but would you rather have the sirens go of at last minute, only t...

Those triangle shaped segments are actually horns. The intake is that small hole at the center of the horn array, and each space between the horns on the inside. It is 9 port, too.

There used to be a photo of an RM 130 without the projector and motor shrouds on. Think it was taken by Geek1229.

Definetly can't be a Hurricane as much as we wish it was one

Square horned Hurricane 130s have a sharply angled bottom horn panel and a flat top. That alone disproves it being a Hurricane (sorry to bust your bubble). Does't look big enough, either.
