Hi, I saw on youtube that the klaxon ES near Severnside has been replaced with a FS DSA 6.
Does anyone have a recording of a Klaxon ES directly? I've heard a view poorly made recordings of the Broadmoor ES but I didn't get the full effect.
I don't think so, no.

Re: Sirenentest Ambiance in Asbach Rheinland/Pfalz (Rhineland palatinates) Germany

Oh, I must have been thinking of a different video, I thought this one was it. My computer's being weird and not letting me watch videos, and they take an extremely long time to load. But what I mean is who's original idea was it and why do they all produce the same product? That would be an intere...

Re: UK Siren Map

I couldn't find this thread anywhere, so a collection of various flood sirens I have found has built up. Here they are: -NORTHAMPTON FLOOD SIREN SYSTEM- Siren 1 - 52.238667, -0.910685 (Stanley Road + Marlborough Road - Gap between houses) Siren 2 - 52.241388, -0.911248 (Corner of Muscott Street) Si...

Checked from a few angles and it's a Model 5 or 7 with a funky top piece

Re: Post your Mystery Sirens here.

I went to the Wikipedia page for the siratone series the other day. I'm not sure if this counts, but it said something about an EOWS M12. Any ideas? Then again, Wikipedia isn't 100% accurate. Yes it does exist, read more here on the actively updated Siren Wiki: https://wiki.airraidsirens.net/EOWS_S...

UK Pneumatic Sirens and The Rebirth of Hochleistungssirene.de

Before I start I want to make certain that all my information has been found from the newly revived German website that is all about compressed air sirens: https://www.hochleistungssirene.de/ Therefore all credit goes to them and to the publishers of the Home Office reports on the matter. Fairly rec...

Re: Possible ACA Cyclone in Taiwan?

Sirens were sent to Taiwan according to one of ACA's promotional tapes, and Cyclones have been spotted in Taiwan, but it's a bit of a hot potato as there are something like 3 types that have been spotted if I recall correctly. They are: Normal Cyclone Cyclone that has the motor on the bottom and the...

Re: Castle Castings 10/12 port stator and rotor repair ? and parts of the early warning system

I agree completely for both things.. motor just needs testing but finding a place that’ll repair the stators/rotors or motor shaft doesn’t seem as easy.. or at least here anyway.. unless I’m looking in the wrong place that is. The places that repair motors should also be able to do things with moto...
