This looks like it could quite possibly be a Denver siren, although I'm not sure because it looks quite small.

The siren does not look like it would be able to rotate considering the fact that it is mounted in between all of those metal rods.

I saw one in Charlottesville, Va this May and it looked like it was in pretty good shape, and I did ending up seeing it again in September and by the looks of it, it seems to have rotated quite a bit, although I was oblivious as to where the location of the siren was but I will find it out for you a...

During the Central, Va tornado last week a video was taken at the University Of Virginia of a tornado crossing through with some kind of electronic siren going off in the background, if anyone can help me identify this that would be amazing.
