That is where it used to be it has been removed for quite some time though.

It sounds like that system has been upgraded to Encrypted FSK. I think all ASC nuclear systems were upgraded due to the nuclear system to the north of me also having them. I am also willing to bet that they are using acoustic sensor cards.
