It seems odd to me that they would replace the R's with their inferior, non-rotating counterparts :?: Actually they didn't replace the vortexes. The vortexes were a City system and since they went with a County-wide System, they wen't ahead and put them next to the vortexes and now the vortexes are...

that's definitely a whelen 2909.... i can tell because of the type 3 cabinet... or it could be a whelen 2809 with an updated control system (type 3)
