I saw a similar siren on the board that has that shroud and the insides looked like a B&M model 10; but this one looks like the guts of a Model 2.

I do not know if this is correct, but I always thought a P-10 had a "conical" intake cone and the P-15 had a "tubular" intake. Sorry if I am spreading misinformation.

To me it looks like a Model L. The intake is fat and doesn't have a "flange" to the horn.
