I think that 616 could possibly be a HOR, as North Canton, OH has an old HOR siren on a factory.
As for 625, I tried looking in New Bern, NC which supposedly had 10, and the sirens there were mostly Model 5s and STH-10s, so I'm not sure what 625 would be.

The red beacon appears to be the tail of the helicopter, hence the shadow. I still can't believe how only one person is dead, even though it went right through the town. Crazy... Seems like they all took shelter.

That one's part of the Catawba Nuclear siren system, there's over 75 of these in the 10 mile radius. They're tested every quarter on the second wednesday at 11:50 AM.

I recently found a few videos of Cyclones around Taiwan in Attack during their air raid drills. These have probably been posted before, but I'm not sure.
