I should've explained the title correctly. It's part of the Surry NPP siren system. The plant grounds is five miles from this siren so no, it's not on the plant grounds.
Normally I'd be getting something in Milwaukee County today back in Wisconsin, but I'm visting my mom (two miles from this siren) this month in Virginia, and today was testing day. That one bird at the beginning got scared of this tri-booper though.
Starting earlier this year, the Village of Menomonee Falls is now activated by the Waukesha County dispatch. So these go off on Wednesdays for roughly a minute or two now with the county, rather than 20 seconds on Saturdays like before.
