Nope, there's a new Whelen 2910 about 500 feet northeast of where that Cyclone. The Cyclone itself is shut off.

I didn't feel like going very far, and Milwaukee threw a curveball at me and tested two days prior, so I figured why not. Wish they went for 3 minutes tho. Also, there has been a fair amount of failures in the county lately, including one I witnessed in February. Two months later, I guess I got luck...
