Very cool stuff! I'm sad to hear that P-50 in Kenosha, WI doesn't sound more often. I look forward to the P-50 video from Rib Mountain, WI though! It looks like it'll be cool to see. Your pictures are very good, I enjoyed looking a them. Great video of that Decot too. I have yet to see one of those ...

Bourbonnais, IL RSH-10 Fails Today... I missed it too!

I live right down the street from my favorite sounding siren, an RSH-10. I was supposed to get a recording of the system going off today... but my mom made me watch my nephew instead. Family first. So, I just listened. How mad I got that I missed today! Normally, there is just one alert cycle and th...

Watseka, IL loses it's Thunderbolt.

Sorry! I am so sorry! I saw that their Thunderbolt 1000(T) up, and it looked rugged. In fact, most of their sirens are. Currently, the Watseka system is mostly Whelen WPS2909s (not sure, but they're new and Whelen's siren section on their site is down). The rest of the system is old Federal. Their T...

I think I know the manufacturer, but ... IDK. I keep finding these weird sirens in Illinois... I should have posted this in my one topic, but I don't want to bump.

I'd rather start again. I like this topic title better anyway.

I'd like to see him try. Looks like a town display. You never know though... it isn't that fancy of a setup. That horn looks like it could be a 5 chime also. If you go one arrow down the street towards the siren display, you'll see what I mean. I think their are a few facing backwards... I think it'...
