Making new siren parts

Okay so here is a question that I’ve been curious about for a while. In terms of both practicality and legality, is it possible to have parts machined or made that aren’t sold? Like for example: you can get most thunderbolt parts brand new even today. However there are also parts that you obviously ...

Re: Model 2 and thunderbolt compatibility.

Stick a 2-240 into a bolt and you'll be fine, owing to the fact that the centre tap transformer that controls the chopper levels, I believe, outputs 170 (I think) through 240V, chopper level 1 through 7. kinda depends, if you were to get a Model 2 with a 120V armature, then you couldnt put it inside a bolt, other than that, go with what Brendan said
Are those standard on new ones or options on new ones or???

Model 2 and thunderbolt compatibility.

Hey y’all. So I heard somewhere that not all model 2s and thunderbolts are compatible with each other. Is this true? In a pinch, can someone order a brand new model 2 and throw the motor into an old A series thunderbolt? What about the C series? Thanks y’all.
