New paint job?

I think this is somthing like my towns old siren that was taken down when the Tbeam went up.

Could it possibly be a Decot housing? The pole mounts on the smaller one look like Federal's.

Could be, It does look like one.
Could it be a General Electric?

Thats what I thought about the horns. Looks cool though.

I agree with Adam. It is set up too perfectly to be a screamer.
