Re: Cincinnati Metropolitan Area Sirens

Back in October, I posted that the T-128 in Greenhills appeared to be gone once again, as it was no longer next to Bargains and Buyouts on Enfield St. I rode through on Winton Road this morning, and saw one at a new location between the Community Building (where their old Thunderbolt used to sit ato...

Re: Cincinnati Metropolitan Area Sirens

Well, YouTube user Cincy 7707 just replied to me with a comment on Nick’s video of the old Greenhills Thunderbolt 1000T. He said he spoke to a person at the EMA, and they said “they can’t find sirens to replace the 3 that are missing, and it might take a couple years.” That would be Greenhills, the ...

Re: Cincinnati Metropolitan Area Sirens

Once again, Greenhills appears to be without a siren. Back in 2017, their T-128 on Enfield St. next to Bargains and Buyouts (former Johnny’s Toys building) was struck by a car and the head was knocked off the pole and later replaced with a new one, and today, I passed through and noticed the entire ...

Re: Cincinnati Metropolitan Area Sirens

Actually Sycamore Junior High, but strange that they have the high school's stadium there. But anyway, I got on CAGIS and looked at the 1996 aerial image, and you can see a Thunderbolt on the right there.

Re: Cincinnati Metropolitan Area Sirens

Many of you likely know by now, but one of the downtown E-Class sirens is no longer located on Paul Brown Stadium… it’s now on Paycor Stadium!

Re: Miscellaneous Siren Photos Thread

Yes, that is an HOR Siro-Drone, it looks just like the one in Elmwood Place, which is no longer activating for 9pm curfew in case anyone was unaware.

Re: Cincinnati Metropolitan Area Sirens

Hamilton County has postponed their test until next week, even though the forecast doesn’t show any inclement weather until mid afternoon currently. But I left town around 6:45 this morning, was there any other rain this morning? Warren County EMA canceled their test, and say that Franklin and Leban...
