These appear to be used for sports PA - either way, very neat find!

One of my first siren tests in my old hometown of Owosso MI. Thing struggles its way through just a few cycles of attack and shuts off somewhat early. Kinda sucked but I loved having my first test just a month prior being perfect Where are the sirens in Owosso? I haven’t been able to find theirs yet

Okay, I'm gonna need some pictures. I've seen electronic sirens running on controllers from another company, but never mechanical sirens. With the exception of the 2001s in LaPorte County running on ASC Controls. The only ASC Controls that LaPorte County has on their 2001s are ASC Compulert radios....

This is an extremely late model EOWS, I believe installed around 2006. The solar panel may be original, as at that point it would have shipped with an UltraVoice. Not sure on the rotator however, as I've heard that it both does not have a rotator installed and that it's disabled.

Update: An enthusiast out of Ohio has bought it, and is currently in the process of moving it to his location.

Woah, sweet! Wonder if they have plans for it. It seems like they might put it back up somewhere.
