DlxUAch8yoA At 3:20 PM CST, a strong rotation within a cell was spotted on radar in northeastern Morgan County, near Lacey's Springs, moving northeast. 3-6-19 Alabama A&M Sentry 14v Siren Short Alert Test, Huntsville, AL

UWOsq1OI0f8 Since today was the first wednesday of the month, and I happened to be off from work, I decided to go out and record a couple of siren tests, one of which would be the monthly test in Jefferson County, while the other was this Sentry 14v. Re: Complete Putnam County, TN Tornado Siren Map.

Re: Cool Tornado Siren Find in Algood TN

Saw that when I was chasing the TCRM's Fall Color excursion to Monterey. Glad to hear that it's still active! I know right! Especially since Putnam County only uses Federal Signal! (Except Monterey which has a random whelen ws 1000, but they have a Federal Sign and Signal 5A across the street). Too...

Re: Sentry 40V1T?

It's louder at a distance based on the fact that the 15 port chopper was replaced by a 10 port one. The high pitch from the 15 port chopper causes the tone it puts out to fade quicker in the distance. It'll definitely carry farther. Up close it's probably quieter, since we perceive the higher pitch...
