Just FYI, Sentry does ship world wide and also offers sirens in 50 Hz.

Jonesboro's sirens are controlled automatically by one of the first Storm Sentry's by Sentry Siren. We debated automating the the monthly test but decided against this. Usually the test is on the first Wednesday of each month at noon, weather permitting. If I am not in town to test the sirens, they ...

We were contacted by the owner of the hotel about restoring the siren. It would have to be removed by helicopter. Getting a suitable enough crane into the historic district there would have been a logistical nightmare. Because of the cost to remove, restore and re-install the siren back up on the ho...

As far as AVERAGE goes, every single Sentry siren is db tested. Some produce more than rated but the db rating is the MINIMUM users can expect.

I'm sure the folks at Sentry will be responding to this.

The original Model 2 bit the dust and we put a restored 2V8 up temporarily until another Model 2 was found.
