Was a sad day as well. I've literally lived 2 minutes from that Thunderbolt my entire life. I went to that Elementary school as well. I started the original thread about when it fell I have a picture of the pole stump.

I live 5 minutes from the grave yard. I'm highly considering calling them to inquire about purchasing a Thunderbolt.

The one off the Lurleen Wallace building recently came down. It was for sale here. I bought the control box. He may still have it if you find yourself needing a Tbolt. What location was this siren located at specifically? Also who is selling it? It was in Montgomery, AL on the Lurleen Wallace Build...

I drove by Chalkville Elementary School a few weeks ago. The Thunderbolt that once stood behind the school was no longer there. It sounded every test and worked perfectly. Agreed, even if he did "tell" me I would probably waste $30.00 in gas money going to a Burger King parking lot. Well there is always Google Maps.
