I am unsure if the 2V8 is part of the city system, but I forgot to put in my original post that it had been used as a Noon Whistle for ever and ever (unsure if this is still the case). As I am a Missouri resident and recently discovered this (and just got my login figured out), I figured I ought to help out where I can. 1. Doniphan Mo, Model 2/5 pin is actually the Sterling 2V8. Well the WPS-3016 that i recorded(video is lost :cry: ) had a Whelen Vortex type tone card and a pretty low tone.

The WPS also was when Whelen started giving their sirens the lower tones like 460Hz(I think). To where the WS was a little lower than a EOWS in single tone, and with slower wind-up.

Yes I know, but if one scanner frequency was being broadcast near the same frequency as the NOAA broadcast, it might interfere.

My old RadioShack pro 2018 would pick this up when the signal crossed a digital path. Might be interference with a scanning frecincy.

Whelens and 2001's, 3 min Alert. RSH-10 and 2T22, 1 min alert, 1 min attack.
Warren County MO:
Sentry's and 2001's, Alert for 3 min.
Saint Louis City/County:
Whelens, 3 min Alert.
Troy MO:
ACA Screamer, 10 seconds every day at noon.
