Re: Kit Carson Mystery siren

Well, it wouldn't be the first time: https://www.deviantart.com/2001-acsiren ... -490566582
I still have my doubts, but it's certainly possible. They're also quite small.

Re: Kit Carson Mystery siren

(I'm not sure if it's a Model B either) Definitely not, it's too small for a Type B dual-head, although the later ones did have a similar housing. Also not an antenna, there's no reason you'd have a tube open at both ends. I'm with ThatACAGuy. Looks like a Little Giant with a homemade housing. They...

Re: 2001 sirens in India being sold for 27 DOLLARS????

I doubt they're actually selling 2001s. Notice the decals on the rotator have all been photoshopped off. It's more likely they just stole the image, and their actual product is a weatherproof fire alarm sounder.

Re: Clarendon, PA Mystery siren

I can't make out any detail that small from the grainy Google Streetview imagery.
Your best bet is to get some eyes-on and snap some photos, honestly.

Re: Clarendon, PA Mystery siren

I agree with your assessment, going by size and the bracket I'd say an STH-10 or STL-10 with the horns removed and a new hat put on.

Re: Mysterious Siren in South Korea

Here's another view, looks like a hell of a lot of horns all stacked together.

It doesn't look like any siren I've seen, but that doesn't mean it isn't one.

Re: Super Sirex

That must be one robust Thunderbolt. why is it under the rocket instead of in the viewing area or by the blockhouses? It's not directly under. I wish I could find the footage otherwise, but it's actually quite a bit closer to the camera than the missle. You can see it again at 29:12 Telephoto lense...

Re: What model siren is this?

It's difficult to tell with the size of the image, but it looks like either an ASC E-Class or an ATI HPSS array. They could also be off the shelf drivers for public address use.

Re: What is this?

Seconding that it's a Darley Model 2. It looks like the helmet rusted partway through around the edge.

Re: i need your help.

Have you tried looking over any of the existing siren maps? Or looked around using Streetview?
