See Modernmidnight's recent post of a Sentry 5V. It sounds just like this one.
Just heard the one I recorded the other day go for 5 cycles for a fire today and they sound pretty much the same. I'm guessing its a 5v.

Fedelcode Model 5

This is a video of the weekly test for our siren system. Dispatch had to alert another town during our test so they sent out the siren tones twice resulting in 6 wind ups.

Newark Delaware 3 sirens and 1 bell on tower

I was looking at a school in Delaware and came across a tower that had 3 sirens and 1 bell on it right next to the firehouse. Also this tower used to hold a Chrysler siren. They like sirens I guess http://www.aetnahhl.org/GalleryServerPro/default.aspx?aid=5 http://i578.photobucket.com/albums/ss226/m...

Model 5 for fire call

One of the 7 sirens activating for a fire call. Also video included units arriving at the scene and a bunch of Q sirens. They are really freaking fast in responding.

We have Sentex at work and it does the same thing. What are the strobes for? They are used to alert hearing impaired people. Here's a short video from the dorm I lived in last year with Simplex 9838's set on continuous. Keep in mind there are eight 9838's going off in a small area so it's REALLY lo...
