Yes but just having the frequency won't do any good. You have to have the correct tone to have it go off. They ain't gonna post that on radio reference. If they did anyone with a two way radio with the frequency and a know how to make tones in a generator could set the sirens off

The Informer would work if it has the relays, not all of them do. It also has to be programmed correctly. Like Bryan said I would check with the EM first before spending money on everything. They are also probably the only ones that will be able to give you the freq and tone info you need

Or take it to a radio shop and see if they can figure it out

I'm actually trying to find out about that. I asked them if it was an exact replacement or if they had to modify it any

This is the infamous super fast spinning MD. It has also been brought up about the housing possibly being an Allertor housing. You can clearly see in the pictures that the housing is fiberglass.
