That siren probably had a build receipt, an insurance policy being a demo unit, waybills tracking where it went and at least an asset tag....
Ah finally... Well pity that it didn't rotate, but at least that is something. These sirens are notorious for their failed rotators. They were poorly made and not very well thought out. It is possible that whatever 9/12 port siren that was heard, could have been one of the P-10/15’s that were part of the Exelon Nuclear system. Though I’m not sure if they only had single-tone sirens or not.
