Oldest 1003 on record is the one in Benson, MN. And Station 32's 'Bolt is the second oldest in existence, the actual oldest one is in private possession in Tennessee.

The 28XX in Brownville is a 2809, according to Google Street View taken this past June. Sentry 10V in Eureka, South Dakota
Federal Signal STH-10 and Darley Model 2 in Ree Heights, South Dakota. The STH-10 came from the nearby town of Miller, and was installed several years ago to replace a Sentry Defender (I think) with a busted rotator.

Grand Junction, Iowa had one at the FD, however, it was replaced with a T-128 sometime before 2007.
