Re: Mystery Siren

Back on the board again. What you’re looking at is in fact, a Darley STH-10. They have 10 or 12 port rotors (not sure), and have 10 horns i think. Usually they are white or bright red but this one appears to be faded red. Hope this answers your question!

Re: Bradshaw, NE's 2001

I know I'm sending a LOT of messages, but here's what the clerk in Hampton said and now I'm as you guys say, pissed. Screenshot 2024-03-13 at 12.13.24 PM I still hope the image works... EDIT: If the image doesn't work, they said that they disposed of the siren for liability reasons :( Instea...

Does anyone know the rating of a Darley Horizontal Champion?
why bump a 2 year old post… but it’s probably around the same as other horizontal sirens like carters, so around 103-105 maybe?

Re: How far away have you heard a siren?

Probably around 7 miles away. It was a P-50, so I’m not surprised. Conditions were perfect too. Also, where did karma go? I haven’t been on for a good while.

Wow. I'm surprised the board has lasted for another year! We all have different timezones, so ill post this now. It's been a blast to be a part of this community, and it's looking upwards for the board, after a shocking 2022. I'm looking forward to 2024, and everything that is going to come along wi...

Re: 1986 ACA Alertronic 6000R

Apparently the Carson-recommended equivalent First off, best of luck. Looking beautiful. This made me wonder: did Carson make everything for ACA's electronics in the early days? Curious what, if anything, ACA did in house with the electronic components. Thank you! My guess is Carson did, but I'd ha...

Hey guys! I have a small YouTube channel, and I recently wanted to make something more interesting. I’m planning on making a few of these, if any of you would like to submit videos (of your own) for me to use, I’d love it!

Thanks!

Proof of these claims? I don’t believe that a user with one post knows this information. Please send a screenshot or something to confirm.

Fictional Mongolia Siren Map!

Hey! This is a project I’ve worked on for about a day, I’m still adding more sirens to it. The map is a construction of what Mongolia’s sirens might look like according to the position it’s in, with a lot of Japanese and Chinese models influenced in it. Also I made it according to region, so it’s al...
