This entire thing is awesome!

The best way to achieve what you want is to have two very low slip motors running a set of siren choppers and two VFDs that are capable of alternating the frequencies quickly. It would be very challenging to alter pitch based on ports while the siren is in motion.

If its on a roof, you have a shot at putting it on a dolly.

If it's on a pole, its a crane.

IIRC Sentry's S.T.A.R. system uses an encrypted DTMF string somewhere around 20 or 30 digits long. I've only heard it once in a video, its quite unusual sounding.

WSS charges 1200 Dollars for a complete thunderbolt. (head n blower)

If it uses a date code we will need the serial off the siren motor itself, which sometimes is challenging.

To add on, there are dozens of companies like ECS who would sell some old stock for significantly better prices, which is another item to consider.

Every single siren in the current system with the possible exception of the hurricane will be replaced. Even the newer 128s.
