Has anyone heard a siren or have a recording of a siren doing the yelp tone. Please, tell me as I had never seen a video or heard one in real life on yelp signal (the broken Soundmaster 115 don't count). Also, some please explain me how a siren does yelp tone. Thank you.

Since I live in Springfield, Massachusetts, they don't really use sirens often (or at all). But I have seen 4 B&N Mobil Directos and the H.O.R. Super Si-Rex at Holyoke (when traveling somewhere), and a Model 5 in Georgia when I was driving back from Florida. Those are the only sirens I have pers...

It sounds good and looks tall. What were the particles inside it that fell when the siren started?

I agree with this being a modified STH-10, a XT22 would be a little different and have the other motor (since it is dual toned) exposed. It would be too damaged for an XT22.
