As far as I know, there are no plans to remove anything at this time. I'm not sure what the reasoning is, but I'd assume it's either budgetary or there are plans for the units in the future. Can you verify that the Modulator in downtown Lansing is still up? I haven't been able to get a straight answ...

Where'd you find evidence of a 20V2T? The only one I know of out that was replaced a Thunderbolt, and was in Bath Township. It has since been '130d.
