Sirens in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Anyone familiar with the sirens in Baton Rouge? I only seen 4008s here. Also why does the city not activate them anymore?

Baton Rouge doesn't do monthly tests anymore. Honestly I don't think they care about the sirens anymore. Theres a whelen 4008 on my street that hasn't been activated since hurricane Gustav.
