So either the 2001 has a broken rotator, or it could be a STH-10. I'd say there's probably no way we could tell where that is unless we can find videos of the individual siren.

Bumping this because I actually have valuable information. These sirens supposedly are tested every Friday at 11, like most of central Indiana, and they supposedly run attack. However, I have been on campus 2 Fridays now, and they haven’t gone off, so I’m thinking they might be inactive.
